- 1.5 oz Puro Verde Silver
- 0.5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1.0 oz Apple Thyme Syrup (see instructions)
- 2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
- 8-10 Fresh Blueberries
Coupe Style Glass
To make the apple thyme syrup, bring apple juice, sugar and fresh thyme to a simmer, turn off and let steep for 30 minutes minimum. Strain into a bottle. Add blueberries to a mixing glass and muddle, add all remaining ingredients with ice, shake and double strain into a chilled Coupe glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist a float 3 blueberries.
